The “GPS file upload” button can be used to upload and map trainings from other providers. The process is simple and easy:
1. Under the manual upload tab, click on “Upload
2. choose in the download folder the desired file, which you have previously uploaded to your PC.
3. depending on your browser you have to click on “upload”. Your training will be uploaded. Now you can complete the training details such as training equipment, base, weather or mood and of course take a look at the map, the altitude, the heart rate and your pace.
