Connect your Apple Watch to running.COACH

Would you like to sync your workouts with your Apple Watch? No problem! With just a few simple steps, you can ensure that your planned workouts are automatically loaded onto your Apple Watch and that completed sessions are synced back to running.COACH. Here’s how it works!

Step 1: Enable Apple Watch in the Settings

To enable synchronization, you first need to activate the Apple Watch in the running.COACH settings:

  1. Open the running.COACH app on your smartphone.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Enable the Apple Watch and Apple Health options and allow running.COACH to access Workouts and Activity Data.

Step 2: Automatically Load Workouts onto Your Apple Watch

Once the Apple Watch is enabled and access is granted, everything happens automatically:

  • running.COACH will load your planned training sessions for the upcoming week onto your Apple Watch.
  • You will find your workouts directly in the official Workout app on Apple Watch.

Step 3: Start Your Workout

Now you’re ready to go:

  1. Open the Workout app on your Apple Watch.
  2. Select your planned workout.
  3. Press Start and begin your session!

Everything Syncs Automatically!

After completing your workout, the session will automatically sync with running.COACH. This way, you’ll always have an overview of your performance, and your training plan will stay up to date.

Good to know: Even if you start a workout directly from your Apple Watch that isn’t part of your plan, it will still be synced with running.COACH. This ensures that your training log remains complete!
