You completed your training week – so what’s next? From now on, you’ll receive feedback right after each completed week, showing how closely you followed your training plan. running.COACH provides you with a compact and motivating weekly summary – visible directly in your calendar and via push notification.
How does the weekly feedback work?
Our goal is to show you how well you executed your training week – not just how much you trained, but also whether the intensity was appropriate. running.COACH analyzes your week in several key areas: how many sessions you completed, how much time you spent training, and how your intensity was distributed across different training zones. Based on all these factors, a score between 0 and 100% is calculated to give you a clear snapshot of how closely you followed the plan.
What exactly will you see?
You’ll find your weekly feedback directly above the completed training week in your calendar – clearly structured and easy to understand.
First, you’ll get a short, personal text summary. It gives you an honest assessment of your week: What went well? Where did you follow the plan exactly? And where is there still room for improvement?
Just below that, you’ll see your percentage score. This value shows you at a glance how closely you followed your training plan – based on volume, intensity, and structure. It helps you track how focused and effective your training is from week to week.
Below the score, you’ll find an overview of your training zones. This shows how much time you spent in each intensity zone – a valuable indicator of whether you executed your sessions at the right pace. It’s a particularly helpful tool for managing your training load effectively.
Finally, the scale overview shows how well your week matched the plan – across four key areas: Load, Duration, Distance, and Elevation-Adjusted Distance. This lets you see immediately whether you trained too much, too little, or just right.
What’s in it for you?
Structured training needs more than just a plan. It thrives on the connection between what you do and what can be learned from it. That’s exactly where the weekly feedback comes in. It’s your coach’s perspective on your training week – showing you if you’re on track, what worked well, and where there’s room for improvement. This regular feedback helps you evaluate and refine your training. Our coaches think along with you and support you in keeping your training balanced and effective.
