Add running.COACH to your list of safe contacts

To make sure you don’t miss any important updates from running.COACH, it’s a good idea to add our email addresses to your list of safe contacts. Here’s how to do it with the most common email providers.

Our training tips are sent from the following addresses – saving them as contacts helps ensure they land in your inbox:

  • jon@runningcoach.me
  • jonas@runningcoach.me

Gmail

  1. Log in to your Gmail account
  2. Click on “Contacts” and then “Create a new contact”
  3. Add jon@runningcoach.me and jonas@runningcoach.me

Outlook (including Hotmail and Windows Live)

Outlook.com:
  1. Go to “Settings” > “View all Outlook settings”
  2. Select “Junk email” > “Safe senders and domains”
  3. Add the email addresses, click “+ Add” then “OK” and “Save”
Outlook (Desktop):
  1. Go to “File” > “Options” > “Junk Email”
  2. Open the “Junk Email Options”
  3. Add the addresses to the “Safe senders” list

GMX

  1. Log in to your GMX inbox
  2. Go to “Settings” (gear icon)
  3. Select “Security” > “Whitelist”
  4. Add the email addresses and save
In the GMX app:
  1. Open the menu > “Settings” > “Security”
  2. In the whitelist section, add the addresses

Web.de

  1. Log in to your WEB.DE inbox
  2. Go to the email settings (gear icon)
  3. Open the spam and antivirus protection settings
  4. Look for the trusted list (whitelist) or similar option
  5. Add the domain runningcoach.me
  6. Save your changes

Apple Mail

On iPhone:
  1. Open this vCard directly on your phone
From a browser:
  1. Right-click the received email > Add to contacts
